The Colts visit the Saints in a Super Bowl matchup from 2010 that was a battle between Drew Brees and Peyton Manning. This matchup now still includes Brees but has added Jacoby Brissett. The Saints are favored by 9.5 coming off a close loss to the 49ers. I like Brees and the Saints to win but the Colts will keep it close and cover the rather large spread.

Tonight the New York Giants led by Eli Manning are visiting the Philadelphia Eagles and Carson Wentz. The Eagles are favored by 8.5 with the Giants coming into town. The Eagles are still in the NFC East race because of the Cowboys sitting at 6-7 and cannot seem to figure out their issues into the final few games. The Eagles themselves should be thrilled to be one game back despite the three-game losing streak that included losses to the Patriots and Seahawks but was completed by a loss to the Dolphins last week. The Giants are looking to the future and the draft unless they finish in a four-way tie for the NFC East title. I like the Eagles to win but the Giants keep it close and cover the 8.5 point spread.

Tonight the Cowboys visit the Bears in a showdown of two teams that don't quite know who they are. The Bears need this win to have any chance at catching the Vikings for the second wild-card spot although that seems unlikely. The Cowboys need a win to stay atop the NFC East. A division that has been opened up enough that Washington has been given a chance to win the division at 7-9. These teams are both coming off Thanksgiving games where the Bears beat the Lions and the Cowboys lost to the Bills. I like the Cowboys on the road to be motivated and beat the Bears and effectively end their playoff hopes. Cowboys win and cover the 2.5 point spread.

Tonight is a big Monday night game with the Vikings visiting the Seahawks in a matchup of two current NFC Wild Card Teams with critical playoff implications. If the Seahawks win they will overtake the 49ers for the lead in the NFC West and effectively put them in the driver's seat with the Week 17 showdown in Seattle. The Vikings could close the gap between them and the Packers with a win and leapfrog the Seahawks for the 5th seed. The Seahawks are coming off a seemingly less impressive road win against the Eagles. While the Vikings are coming off a big comeback against the Denver Broncos. Tonight I like the Seahawks to hold the home field and win a big game. I think the Vikings will keep it close but not enough to cover the 2.5.
