Top 10 QBs after Week 12

1. Patrick Mahomes  Beat Bryce Perkins and the Rams but that was just the team in front of them. 2. Jalen Hurts A primetime win against the Packers still means something. 3.Tua Tagovailoa Beat the Texans about as handily as a good team should. 4. Lamar Jackson Lost to Jacksonville but a missed kick and the Jags going for 2 is enough to keep Lamar in the top 5. 5. Josh Allen Beat the Lions but it was close and maybe this is an overreaction to an 8-3 Bills QB. 6. Dak Prescott Handled the Giants and was close to cracking that top 5. 7. Justin Herbert Went for 2 against Arizona which can help or hurt Herbert's stock moving forward. 8. Joe Burrow Joey B and the Bengals will keep sliding under the radar as long as they have to. 9. Kirk Cousins Primetime Kirk comes through in this one-score game. 10. Geno Smith  I could put guys like Rodgers and Brady in this spot but Geno has earned it this year.

Monday Night Football Week 12- Pittsburgh at Indianapolis

Tonight on Monday Night Football Mike Tomlin brings his Pittsburgh Steelers to Indianapolis to visit Jeff Saturday and the Colts. Matt Ryan vs Kenny Pickett may not be the marquee matchup people expect for primetime but they are at least even. Indy is favoured by 2.5 so I will split and take the Colts to win but the Steelers to cover. Record Winners: 115-63-1 Spread: 106-73

Week 12 NFL Sunday Picks

Tampa Bay at Cleveland +3.5 Bucs win and cover Cincinnati at Tennessee +1.5 Bengals win and cover Houston at Miami -12.5 Dolphins win and cover Chicago at NY Jets -4.5 Bears win and cover Atlanta at Washington -4.5 Commanders win Falcons cover Denver at Carolina +2.5 Panthers win and cover Baltimore at Jacksonville +4.5 Ravens win and cover LA Chargers at Arizona +1.5 Chargers win and cover Las Vegas at Seattle -3.5 Seahawks win Raiders cover LA Rams at Kansas City -14.5 Chiefs win and cover New Orleans at San Francisco -4.5 49ers win and cover Green Bay at Philadelphia -7.5 Eagles win Packers cover Record Winners: 107-59-1 Spread: 99-68

Thanksgiving Thursday- New England at Minnesota

Tonight to finish up Thanksgiving Thursday the New England Patriots are visiting the Minnesota Vikings. Minnesota is coming off a blowout loss to Dallas while New England is coming off an important win against the Jets. Minnesota is favoured by 3.5 in primetime and I'm sure everyone has primetime Kirk Cousins on their mind. Not that I don't care but I'm powering through it and taking Minnesota to win and cover. Record Winners: 106-59-1 Spread: 98-68

Thanksgiving Thursday- NY Giants at Dallas

Our middle Thursday game of Thanksgiving is a divisional matchup between the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys. Dallas is favoured by 9.5 at home and this will continue to be my theme for the rest of the season; division games. An almost double-digit spread in an NFC East game is sketchy to me. So I will take the Cowboys to win and the Giants to cover the 9.5. Record Winners: 105-59-1 Spread: 97-68

Thanksgiving Thursday- Buffalo at Detroit

Thanksgiving Thursday kicks off with the Buffalo Bills visiting the Detroit Lions in a game that always screws over the city of Detroit. Buffalo is favoured by 9.5 in Detroit with the caveat that the Bills were the home team in this stadium just a few days ago. I believe Buffalo is comfortable at Ford Field enough to win and cover the 9.5-point spread.  Record Winners: 104-59-1 Spread: 97-67

Top 10 QBs after Week 11

1. Patrick Mahomes  Outdueled Herbert on Sunday Night. 2. Lamar Jackson  Not a terrible Lamar game but the late rushing touchdown saves his #2 spot. 3. Jalen Hurts Another late-game rush from Hurts but there are some question marks. 4. Tua Tagovailoa Bye week for Tua so he holds his spot. 5. Josh Allen Not the best Josh Allen performance but he got to play inside in Detroit and will get to twice in 4 days. 6. Dak Prescott Big win over Minnesota to re-establish the Cowboys and Dak himself. 7. Joe Burrow 4 TD passes led the Bengals past Pittsburgh. Watch out for the Bengals. 8. Tom Brady Bye Week for Brady holds his spot. 9. Geno Smith Bye week for Geno holds his spot. 10. Justin Herbert Kirk could still be in here but Herbert showed what he's got against the Chiefs.

Monday Night Football Week 11- San Francisco at Arizona

Tonight on Monday Night Football the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals are heading down to Mexico City and the Estadio Azteca. The 49ers are favoured by 7.5 in this "road" game that is really on a neutral site. I trust the 49ers to win but I'm hesitant that they win by more than a touchdown. So I will take San Francisco to win but Arizona to cover Record Winners: 103-59-1 Spread: 97-66

Week 11 NFL Sunday Picks

Cleveland at Buffalo -9.5 Bills win Browns cover Philadelphia at Indianapolis +7.5 Eagles win and cover LA Rams at New Orleans -3.5 Saints win Rams cover Detroit at NY Giants -3.5 Giants win and cover Carolina at Baltimore -12.5 Ravens win Panthers cover Washington at Houston +2.5 Commanders win and cover Chicago at Atlanta -3.5 Bears win and cover NY Jets at New England -2.5 Patriots win Jets cover Las Vegas at Denver -2.5 Raiders win and cover Dallas at Minnesota +0.5 Cowboys win Vikings cover Cincinnati at Pittsburgh +4.5 Bengals win and cover Kansas City at LA Chargers +6.5 Chiefs win Chargers cover Record Winners: 93-57-1 Spread: 90-61

Thursday Night Football Week 11- Tennessee at Green Bay

Tonight on Thursday Night Football for the second straight year the Tennessee Titans are going to Lambeau Field to visit the 4-6 Green Bay Packers. Both teams are in the thick of different playoff races. The Packers are 3.5-point favourites at home and Green Bay can turn around their season with a big win here. I will take the Packers to win but Tennessee can keep it close and cover the 3.5 Record Winners: 93-56-1 Spread: 89-61

Top 10 QBs after Week 10

1. Patrick Mahomes  Beats the Jags by 10 so there is no movement for Mahomes. 2. Lamar Jackson  Bye-week bump for Lamar after Hurts' stumble Monday Night. 3. Jalen Hurts Lost on Monday night but still had a spectacular 8-1 start. 4. Tua Tagovailoa Tua and this Dolphins' offence are looking dangerous. 5. Josh Allen A couple more late-game and red-zone mistakes from Allen. 6. Kirk Cousins Beat Buffalo in overtime with the heroics of Justin Jefferson. Kirk is still solid. 7. Joe Burrow Bye week bump #2 for Joey B. 8. Dak Prescott Lost to Green Bay but the struggle for QBs 7 through 10 is real. This brings us to... 9. Tom Brady An international win for Thomas Edward Patrick Brady brings him back into the Top 10. 10. Geno Smith Lost to Brady in Germany but Geno still isn't writing back.

Monday Night Football Week 10- Washington at Philadelphia

Tonight on Monday Night Football the Undefeated Philadelphia Eagles host the Washington Commanders. The Eagles are 10.5-point favourites in this one looking to move to 9-0 on the season. I will take the Eagles to win this one but the spread is high for a divisional game so I will take Washington as 10.5-point underdogs to cover the spread.  Record Winners: 93-55-1 Spread: 88-61

Monday Morning Thoughts Week 10

Seattle 16 Tampa Bay 21 Being overseas always makes football games weird and this was good.  Minnesota 33 Buffalo 30 F/OT One of the best football games I've seen in recent memory. That Jefferson catch was ridiculous. Do we now respect the Vikings? Detroit 31 Chicago 30 3 4th quarter touchdowns for the Lions to pull off the comeback despite Justin Fields' performance. Denver 10 Tennessee 17 Are we ready for a sentence we never thought we would hear? The Titans' passing attack carried Derrick Henry Jacksonville 17 Kansas City 27 Mahomes had a calm and relaxed 4 touchdown passes. Kadarius Toney looks like he can be something in this offence Cleveland 17 Miami 39 Tua and the Dolphins offence picked apart a bad Browns defence. Houston 16 NY Giants 24 New York really wanted to give this game back to Houston but the Texans are on the #1 pick path New Orleans 10 Pittsburgh 20 Pickens and Pickett rushing touchdowns and a stout defence lead the Steelers Indianapolis 25 Las Vegas 20 ...

Week 10 NFL Sunday Picks

Seattle vs Tampa Bay -2.5 (Germany) Bucs win Seahawks cover Minnesota at Buffalo -7.5 Bills win Vikings cover Detroit at Chicago -3.5 Bears win and cover Denver at Tennessee -3.5 Titans win and cover Jacksonville at Kansas City -9.5 Chiefs win Jags cover Cleveland at Miami -3.5 Dolphins win and cover Houston at NY Giants -6.5 Giants win and cover New Orleans at Pittsburgh +2.5 Steelers win and cover Indianapolis at Las Vegas -5.5 Raiders win and cover Dallas at Green Bay +5.5 Cowboys win Packers cover Arizona at LA Rams -3.5 Rams win Cardinals cover LA Chargers at San Francisco -6.5 49ers win Chargers cover Record Winners: 86-50-1 Spread: 80-57

Thursday Night Football Week 10- Atlanta at Carolina

Tonight on Thursday Night Football we get a division matchup between the Atlanta Falcons and Carolina Panthers. The Falcons are currently tied with the Tampa Bay Bucs for 1st place in the NFC South with a chance to take sole possession even for a limited time. The Falcons are favoured by 2.5 in Carolina which is a that is a point or half a point too low for me to take the Panthers. They never come up in clutch situations but I will put my faith in Atlanta to win and cover the 2.5-point spread. Record Winners: 86-49-1 Spread: 80-56

Top 10 QBs after Week 9

1. Patrick Mahomes  Comeback win for Mahomes in primetime he remains number 1. 2. Jalen Hurts Beat Houston on Thursday so Hurts maintains his spot. 3. Lamar Jackson It was a balanced attack on Monday Night for Baltimore. Isaiah Likely and Mark Andrews could be an elite duo. 4. Josh Allen Too many red zone mistakes for Allen but not enough to drop him to 5. 5. Kirk Cousins Comeback win for Kirk against his old team. Still not spectacular but good. 6. Tua Tagovailoa Hung on against Chicago so Tua maintains. 7. Geno Smith Big win against Arizona. This Seattle is riding high it just depends if the bubble will burst at some point. 8. Justin Herbert Win for Herbert against Atlanta although the game was fumbled in favour of the Chargers. 9. Joe Burrow Joe Cool was carried by Joe Mixon's incredible performance but the Bengals look good again. 10. Dak Prescott Bye week for Dak so we won't cost him a top-10 spot.

Monday Night Football Week 9- Baltimore at New Orleans

Tonight on Monday Night Football Lamar Jackson brings his Baltimore Ravens down to the Bayou to face the New Orleans Saints. The Ravens have that lethal rushing attack to face an underrated Saints defensive unit. Baltimore is favoured by 3.5 in New Orleans and that number doesn't quite scare me. Lamar doesn't need to throw for 300 yards to win and the rushing game of the Ravens will be enough for them to win and cover the 3.5-point spread. Record Winners: 85-49-1 Spread: 79-56

Monday Morning Thoughts Week 9

LA Chargers 20 Atlanta 17 The devastating Falcons losses are back. To fumble a recovered fumble is impressive. Carolina 21 Cincinnati 42 A historic Joe Mixon game and I'm ready to be back on the Bengals contender bandwagon. Green Bay 9 Detroit 15 That's will wrap up this Packers season now. Rodgers looks like Minnesota Brett Favre but worse. Minnesota 20 Washington 17 You like that Washington? Big-time Kirk comeback against his old team but Minnesota is lucky they got the W Las Vegas 20 Jacksonville 27 These are two of the more confusing teams in football. I don't think this game moves the needle one way or the other Miami 35 Chicago 32 Should I feel better about Chicago and worse about Miami? I won't but this was a good game. Indianapolis 3 New England 26 The Pats dominated the Colts in every aspect of the game. 5-4 New England is lurking Buffalo 17 NY Jets 20 Several mistakes from Josh Allen cost them this game. A couple of losses can actually help this Bills team Sea...

Week 9 NFL Sunday Picks

LA Chargers at Atlanta +2.5 Chargers win Falcons cover Carolina at Cincinnati -8.5 Bengals win Panthers cover Green Bay at Detroit +3.5 Packers win Lions cover Minnesota at Washington +3.5 Vikings win and cover Las Vegas at Jacksonville +1.5 Raiders win and cover Miami at Chicago +4.5 Dolphins win and cover Indianapolis at New England -5.5 Patriots win and cover Buffalo at NY Jets +13.5 Bills win Jets cover Seattle at Arizona -1.5 Seahawks win and cover LA Rams at Tampa Bay -3.5 Rams win and cover Tennessee at Kansas City -10.5 Chiefs win Titans cover Record Winners: 78-45-1 Spread: 73-51

Thursday Night Football Week 9- Philadelphia at Houston

Tonight on Thursday Night Football we've got the second most important matchup between Philadelphia and Houston. The 7-0 Eagles and 1-5-1 Texans do not have a lot in common this season but these Thursday night games can always get weird. Philadelphia is favoured by 13.5 on the road and as much as I like the undefeated Eagles I think that number might be a bit high. So I will be safe and take Philadelphia to win but Houston to cover the almost two-touchdown spread. Record Winners- 77-45-1 Spread- 72-51

Top 10 QBs after Week 8

 1. Patrick Mahomes  Mahomes has a bye but no crazy jump from Allen or Hurts 2. Jalen Hurts That first half for Jalen was enough to bump him ahead of Allen 3. Josh Allen Not amazing from Josh Allen but not terrible  4. Lamar Jackson Big win on a Thursday for Lamar he stays 5. Kirk Cousins He's not blowing anyone out but he's getting wins well on Captain Kirk 6. Tua Tagovailoa He's leading comebacks and an explosive offensive unit 7. Dak Prescott Dak and Tua is a toss-up but I'll keep Tua ahead for now  8. Geno Smith He won and drops because the QB position isn't fair 9. Justin Herbert Bye for Herbert so he slides a bit 10. Joe Burrow I want to see Joe Cool come back to form but for now he holds the 10 spot
