TNF Preview Week 7- Denver Broncos at Arizona Cardinals
Last week I did okay on the picks besides not knowing that Oakland and Seattle were overseas. I went 11-4 straight up and 7-8 against the spread. This Thursday, The Denver Broncos are visiting the Arizona Cardinals. I love this matchup as a horrible Thursday night matchup. The Broncos are coming off a 3 point loss to the league-leading Rams and the Cardinals covered against the Vikings. People always hide bias but I don't, I thought Josh Rosen was the best Quarterback from this draft and I still kinda do. The only disappointing part of this team is that David Johnson has not really made the impact he should as a top-flight running back. This Broncos team is also weird. They have a relation to 2016 super bowl winning team. A good defense with multiple blue-chip pieces and a below average QB. Now I'm not picking them to win the super bowl but if they were better coached they would have a chance. The Broncos are favored by 2.5 and that feels a little high to me. For my sake that's great because Thursday games are weird. So I like the Cardinals to not only cover but upset the Broncos at home. This will be the coming out party for Rosen and proof of his ability.
