ALCS Game 5- Houston vs Tampa Bay
Today is Game 5 of the American League Championship Series between the Houston Astros and Tampa Bay Rays from Petco Park in San Diego. The Rays now lead 3-1 after the Astros survived game 4 with a 4-3 win thanks to 6 strong innings from Zack Grienke and offence from a George Springer and Jose Altuve home runs. They took advantage of Tyler Glasnow and caught two pitches that were hanging in the zone. The 'Stros keep their season alive one more day and answer with Luis Garcia on the hill in another elimination game. The Rays will have John Curtiss on the hill most likely in an opener role. The Rays are -135 in this game 5 and I'm taking them to win and move on.
Record: 21-19
