NLCS Game 1- Atlanta vs LA Dodgers

Tonight is Game 1 of the National League Championship Series between the Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers. Both teams have started 5-0 in the playoffs to setup this matchup of the NL's best this year. The Braves beat the Reds in two games in Atlanta to move on to the Miami Marlins in Houston where they swept the best of 5 series in 3. The Braves have been led by the usual suspects of Ronald Acuna Jr, Freddie Freeman, Max Fried, and a surprise in Ian Anderson who had an outstanding outing against the Marlins. The Dodgers have been a juggernaut all year and continued that success so far in the playoffs. They took down the Milwaukee Brewers in 2 games before moving on to Globe Life Field in Texas to beat the San Diego Padres in 3 games leading them to the NLCS. The Dodgers have been led by their usual suspects even though Cody Bellinger has been hitting lower in the lineup. The Braves have travelled to Texas to start this series with Max Fried matching up against Walker Buehler in game 1. The Dodgers are -145 favourites in game 1 and I like them to keep their success going.

I'm still not celebrating the regular season until the playoffs are over. This is only for the two Saturday games for now. Indianapolis Colts at Houston Texans Even Vegas knows that this is the rubber match of the year. I'm taking Houston to win but Indy to cover the 2 points because these games are weird. Seattle Seahawks at Dallas Cowboys Seattle is too hot right now to lose to the Cowboys. Dallas is favored because they are at home and Vegas wants to be safe.
