Christmas Afternoon Football Week 16- Minnesota at New Orleans

Today in the NFL we've got some Christmas day action between the Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints. The Vikings had their playoff hopes dashed last week against the Chicago Bears so they do not have much to play for at this point of the season. While the Saints are 10-4 trying to hold on to a top seed in the NFC and have to continue to win to keep pace with Green Bay and hold off one of Seattle or the LA Rams depending on who wins this week. That being said the Vikings have an odd advantage against the Saints winning on the Stefon Diggs Minnesota Miracle and Kyle Rudolph in Overtime in their last two playoff meetings. The Saints are favoured by 7.5 and I'm going the for ultimate Christmas miracle and picking the Vikings not only to cover but win the game outright. Maybe a Saints win here can help exercise their playoff demons heading into January.

I'm still not celebrating the regular season until the playoffs are over. This is only for the two Saturday games for now. Indianapolis Colts at Houston Texans Even Vegas knows that this is the rubber match of the year. I'm taking Houston to win but Indy to cover the 2 points because these games are weird. Seattle Seahawks at Dallas Cowboys Seattle is too hot right now to lose to the Cowboys. Dallas is favored because they are at home and Vegas wants to be safe. But I'm trusting Pete Carroll and Russell Wilson to leave Texas with a victory.
