Tampa Bay at Carolina -115


Tonight is game 2 between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Carolina Hurricanes in the Central Division Final. It has a better ring to it than just the second round. The Bolts took game 1 by a final score of 2-1 after Aurora native Barclay Goodrow was the hero in a tight-checking game. This is a surprise to me with all the firepower that is in this series. In this game, Carolina is once again favoured to even up the series. This game and series will come down to who you believe in the experience defending Stanley Cup Champions or the young team with offensive skill up and down the lineup waiting to take the next step. Although I think the Lightning will ultimately win this series I'm going with the Hurricanes to win this game and tie the series up at 1.

I'm still not celebrating the regular season until the playoffs are over. This is only for the two Saturday games for now. Indianapolis Colts at Houston Texans Even Vegas knows that this is the rubber match of the year. I'm taking Houston to win but Indy to cover the 2 points because these games are weird. Seattle Seahawks at Dallas Cowboys Seattle is too hot right now to lose to the Cowboys. Dallas is favored because they are at home and Vegas wants to be safe. But I'm trusting Pete Carroll and Russell Wilson to leave Texas with a victory.
